Description
Today i made cannelés (some yummy french pastry, originated from Bordeaux).
First time i made some, and they were delicious!
This time i doubled the recipe's quantities, so i would not get a ridiculously low amount of yummies...
Comments welcome, thanks for looking! :)

These taste DELICIOUS!!! Nice (tempting) photo :)
They look very nice too! I like the plate too, no doubt chosen by your very pretty wife!
They look amazing Jean-Luc, you really did a super job on them your first time out.
Thank you MrsAjrarn, Whaleman and Dave! :) Whaleman: yup, it is her plates, but i chose to use one of them to put the cannelés on. :) Dave: they turned out well, especially considering that i used silicon molds instead of the traditional metal cannelé molds.
nice shot
