Description
I guess I'm in a movie mood. This is based on Jim Henson's Labyrinth.
Vue D'Esprit 4.1/Photoshop 6
This is really a mixed medium picture. The labyrinth and background were created in Vue. I used a black and white maze as a terrain and then turned it upside down. The owl is painted from scratch in Photoshop 6 using a reference from one of the Labyrinth posters, but as always it was not traced or painted over. Postwork was also done in Photoshop.
Comments and Suggestions are always welcome.
Please feel free to visit my other gallery entries as well if you have the time.
Thanks for looking... Credits: Image created by ShadowWind based on a poster for Jim Henson's Labyrinth Castle by Helmut Schwab, textured in Vue

this looks nice, but its alittle to cloudy to see much of the picture and items in it.
Cool image is it supposed to be a owl if so the face looks a LITTLE off but other then that it looks great.

Incredible take on a theme and run with it. Very nice rendering. This style could be used in a variety of media. The warm tone adds so much. Thanks again.
