Another night shift....more textures. Pretty slow night at work last night, the lanes behaved and most of my Tech calls where to the arcade and AWP machines. So time for a bit of 'painting', this time some BoB textures for my Hurricane.
Lone 'intruders' were, on the whole, ignored by Fighter Command, and fighters were usually engaged by the Spitfires. This guy was just unfortunate and crossed the path of a group of Hurricanes on standing patrol.
Just a quick render to see if the textures fit right, and a bit of PS to make it interesting.Off to work in a bit, let's see, which plane should I take to work tonight ?

Take a Harrier - short take-off and landing, a lot less messy on the car park. :-) Now, that's one cool photo you've made. Poor Messy-schmitt dude. Hope his parachute works so he can have a nice, long free vacation at Mr. Churcill's expense! I doubt Marshal Goring would want this silly bloke back! Keep up the good work! :-) PS - I put up a silly post for you earlier today. Enjoy!
Neiwil, you get better and better in your pictures. This one is great.
Brilliant scene my friend!!!Bravissimo!:DDD.Hugsxx Whylma
Excellent work mate! Great looking skin, on the trusty Hurricane there.. The Me109 has a tough job to make it back home in one piece, though he does just have the edge on speed.. So if his lucks in? Good one! Rob
Obviously, you've not been napping, Neil. These new textures are looking fantastic!
Superb textures!!! magnific work
Cracking work Neil, you rerally bring these "Ol Boys" to life with your skills!
I echo what's been said above! Excellent work Neil and it's good to see than you put your time to good use in those quiet moments at work. Another one i'll be itching to have a bash at :)

Great planes, great textures, and a great scene!
Mighty cool Neil. I've been away from keeping a daily eye on you and Rob for awhile but here I am back. Sounds like you are back to your first love techie job...am I right?
Love the scene and the muted tones of the image. Thats an great terrain there too!
Nicely done Neil, love the composition. The textures look good from my standpoint.
