I had a daydream yesterday
And you were in it
We were standing on a bluff
Overlooking the great river
Fall was in the air
Our cheeks were a glow
From the crisp wind
I had one hand on the small of your back
The other hand laced in your hand
There was no music
But round and round we danced
We were so close when you spoke
I could feel your breath against my lips
You were talking
But I couldn’t hear a word
All I could think was
If I steal a kiss
Will this dance end
