Description
Took this shot a few days ago from inside the Kitchen window, when there was a tiny bit light outside. We have plenty of birds right now eating and eating. They are very busy, so I fear a strong winter :) Per is filling the cylindres once a day.
FUll size is more fun.

An excellent collage of these beautiful captures. What a lovely bird with his splashes of red. We don't have these down here worse luck. He looks to be enjoying his food.
Lovely shot of the pretty woodpecker. This is not a common bird here where i live, but you can see some in the mountain areas. They are fascinating.

What a marvelous little redhead! I happen to like woodpeckers immensely! They are always so energetic! This one is also a little bit of a contortionist, and that is a good thing too. I could spend all day watching birds! Oh, and I really love the colors; everything seems so fresh and lively.
