Love the little fins between the jumbled pieces.

AMAZING! a favourite.
lovely shot, seems like it might be a cairn of some sort, 500, onwards and upwards, congrats.
nice shot of pieces
I wonder how that happened? Good shot.

Cool capture
That is so cool and who done the stacking really awesome.
amazing
Belated congrats to # 500....Excellent capture and makes for a good reference when needing realist textures for scene creations.
one of the best of this series, very cool shot.
What a wonderful texture these rocks have; excellent capture!
Oh wow what an amazing landscape, just wonderful, great capture, hugs Jane xx
Great find and capture and the expansive distances awe inspiring. Does this happen when the erosion narrows in a lower strata and causes the eventual collapse of the heavier upper part by gravity?
Fine shot!
Almost unbelievable, how this can stay upright in this position? as long as nobody tries to climb it, imagine that? or rather not! beautiful structure - like a sculpture ... BB
Great capture of this awesome rock formation Dana!! Amazing how erosion shapes these formation!
Looks like a batch of leftover pieces:) Fascinating image and subject Dana. Will look forward to seeing Yosemite too.

Beautifully done! Spectacular work!
What I love most about this is how it looks as if someone stacked these sandy plates into a pile and simply left them there--just beautiful--a pure natural wonder.
