A young lady took this shot so both of us could be in the picture. The ship in the background was our home for 12 days. I spent 17 years in the navy but cruising around on this floating 5 star hotel is totally different than the confined spaces on a destroyer escort (DDE).
I would have changed the shot so that it didnt cut off the bow of the ship but she was doing us a favor so I was happy with what she did.
