Description
A little very red shroom but not the same as the fly agaric. But I must admit, I dont know the name. I seem to have very hard time finding these things in my book :-( To be honest, I just find them intersting LOOKING at. I cant remember their names anyway :)

Weather was stormy from south and raining all day, but it is nothing, compared to what the east coast must face now. I hope the hurricane will lose its power before it reaches the coasts. Hope it will not cost too much damage.

Stunning capture Helle! The Perfect 'Shroom!
What a marvel. I was just thinking that I want a lamp that looks like this particular mushroom. Imagine what a lovely, warm shade of red that mushroom cap would make as a lampshade! Of course it has to be made from the correct sort of material. What I really like about this particular mushroom is...well...I like everything about it, especially the color! I also really like the little bit of ruffled fringe along the edge of the cap. It looks like a bit of lace sewn there by the lady who is responsible for sewing fringe onto mushrooms. I don't know why that image popped into my head, but I rather like the idea of little bitty ladies with rolls of lace and sewing machines, visiting mushrooms every night and putting lace on them. This is also a stunning mushroom without that strange image popping into mind. It looks as if it is growing near moss as well. Marvelous. This is well worth ZOOM.
