Well, I guess that "Jack Frost" can't really be considered an "original character", but this is my version of the classic winter mythological figure, plus I've given him a twin sister, so that in itself is kind of original right? Although, then again, I'm probably not the first one to think of that either. Jack and Jill Frost are associated with the villains of Halloween Hallow, but they are more or less chaotic mischief makers than absolute outright villains because they are also pretty much underlings of Father Time and Mother Nature, being that they control the season of Winter, and FT and MN are allied with Santa Claus and the other denizens of Christmas City, who are all heroes. And, FT and MN, while somewhat neutral, are also more heroically aligned themselves. So, Jack and Jill being a bit more evil is a bit of a constant problem for them. But, then again, they’re more chaotic neutral than truly evil despite their alignment with the bad guys more often than any alignment that they might have with the good guys. Either way though, they have an unknown base of ops, and I have no idea where it is or what it might look like on the outside or the inside as I have never set anything to paper about it. Also, being literal beings that are the personification of a force of nature, they are full of magical power, and can spontaneously teleport anywhere they want, so they don’t need to be based near to either Christmas City or Halloween Hallow, but because they are beings of the cold, ice and snow, it would probably make sense to put them someplace that is also very much an environment like that. It could be the South Pole instead, or just some alternate frozen realm of some sort, IDK, I’ll come up with something.
