Description
Had a little visit with my cardiologist the other day.
Being an avid marathoner, she suggested I take up running.
I did enough running to last a lifetime back in the late 70s / early 80s often carrying up to 200 pounds of gear and weapons while in the army. So I told her when she runs a marathon while carrying another person on her back, I'll seriously consider it.
Any way, this is for you, doc!
