Description
Some worship the eagle
And some the wolf
Some worship bulls made of gold
And some pyramids made of stone
As I look across the horizon
As I stand in her warmth
Entranced in her beauty
I know I worship
The Son God
I dedicated this picture and poem to my friend Brandy ( dakotabluemoon ) for a couple of reasons, the main reason being when ever I see a beautiful sunrise or sunset I think of Brandy. She always catches the most beautiful pictures of the sun. so this one is for her. The skies around here have been very smoky lately because of forest fires in our state. Well the fires are terrible but the smoke over the sun made for an incredible filter that let me get this shot. I did nothing to this picture but resize it for the site and I did a little word play with the word Son for sun. I hope everyone likes this one.
