Description
where were you on this tragic day in 2001? would love to hear your stoies my friend..
i did not get a image together this year for this tragety 11 years ago today. history channel has been running footage all day of that event. i never saw the demon in the flames from footage, but have seen him in still photos, mostly photoshoped in i think. i saw my friends post (mikeerson) and it reminded of of them scarry pictures. i was telling him, me and my friends did see a demon in the shots, but one of their mothers said she saw Jesus. wow!
forgive me for the repost. but this will live in my life forever and i'm sure it will yours also.
when i was at work in 2001 when this happened, just got back from a delivery and everybody in the shop was in the break room watching the news, the first plane just hit 3 mins before i got there. our tv had poor reception and was sorta snowy, as we kept watching and hearing the reports that they a small plane had hit the tower. as time went by we all saw with the distorion of another plane crashing in the other tower. i thought it was going to be the end of world in a sorta way, another plane hit the pentagon while i had to do more deliveries and i kept on looking at cheyenne mtn were norads at
here in colorado, thought a nuke was going to strike it. take care all and thanks for the visit.. lol Steve
God bless all that lost their lives that day and to the very brave firemen, policemen and others who lost their own trying to save others, and to the ones who serve in our military, and public services.
my title was used from a 70's movie where two guys captured the president of the united states. remember that??

I walked in to an electrical supply house to get materials and was watching footage of the first plane. Was stunned seeing the second plane as it hit the tower. I remember every day!
Even around the other side of the world the shockwaves of this tragic event thundered into our consciences and hearts. A massive blow to freedom and a realisation that the world would never be the same again. We will never forget but hopefully in time we all will heal a bit and let the jagged scars smooth over.
This is a moving and powerful dedication Steve, with such sad overtones. It is my prayer that we never forget what happened, and most important the sacrifice our proud men and women in the military have made to keep us free
i was having my morning cup and caught the news 'bout the same time you did. never forget
