Description
This is the lady's lounge in the hotel. Most hotels of this time, 1910, did not have places for the ladies. They would have to stay in their 10x10 foot rooms or walk down the dirt streets to the local merchant shops. Getting dusty, dirty or stepping in something that was unmentionable. Frank Lloyd Wright included a merchant's room off of the ladies lounge where local merchants would bring their wears for the ladies to purchase.
