BTW, do you know how many social workers it takes to change a light bulb? ONE, as long as the light bulb 'wants' to change!

Edison screw...rare here. Won't happen in my time for sure, too many rednecks and bimbos.
I think it only takes a few power crazed politicians to change it for the WORSE...pretty darn easily too!
In 50 years it will have all changed but I won't be here to see it! Just off to London now for the weekend so no post.
Well executed concept and a nice shot of it!
Very cool art and interesting question
Superb capture my friend. God Bless.
It can take just one idiot to make a change for the worst for all of us but as long as they are all putting money in their pockets from us they could care less great image.
It takes allot of humans to change the world....of which those people in the main have NO interest.. And there are too many humans by far in this world already.. An excellent poster, well spotted! Rob
Well seen - nice shot
this is so colorful, cool and a great question - I am afraid that it is going to take all of us! :>}
The words you wrote are so very rite. :))))) I wish more could see what is really happening in this world. :)))) I will stop with that. LOL!!!! I totally agree with dakotabluemoon. :)))))))))) Most excellent capture my friend. :))))) Thank you for sharing. :)))) Carry A Smile In Your Heart :))))
Gorgeous shot and such a true sentiment behind it. Kinda scary too, because humans are weird creatures...we believe so many things, and some of them are patently false. It's like something I re-read recently: "If you believe certain words, you believe their hidden arguments. When you believe something is right or wrong, true or false, you believe the assumptions in the words which express the arguments. Such assumptions are often full of holes, but remain most precious to the convinced." --The Open Ended Proof (from the Panoplia Prophetica. That quote is from a totally fake book quoted in Frank Herbert's third Dune novel, Children of Dune It's a bit eerie in that the whole Dune series was written, partially because of a bet that Frank Herbert had with L. Ron Hubbard. Basically, they set up a challenge to create a believable religion from scratch. Frank Herbert created the somewhat nameless religion in his Dune novels and L. Ron Hubbard created Scientology...and apparently fell prey to what Frank Herbert said in the quote above. He believed the words he put together, and didn't really think of their implications or the assumptions built into them. And that underlines the whole point of the message above. Yeah, it only takes ONE person (the wrong one) to change the world for the worse, and the rest of us to change it for the better, but we all have to be pretty frakkin' careful about what we believe and how we push it out there. Hmmm...I'll get down off of my soapbox now, and simply add another two cents worth of...something. Q: How many surrealists does it take to change a light bulb? A: Two. One to beat the giraffe and the other to fill the bathtub with brightly colored bicycles. This is a great shot: one of many that I love in your gallery.
if we all start trying then we may make a dent into pollution
