Light and shadow against the Southrim of the Grand Canyon.
The little riverlet in the bottom right had corner is about a mile down. Just to give you a sense of scale.

Spectacular.
Beautiful shot. Though the Grand Canyon is an awe-inspiring sight in person, it's not that easy to capture it in a photo - at least that was my experience 20 years ago when I visited there...
