Description
Last night San Francisco experienced a double rainbow in the hours of twilght. while the ohs and ahs and the cameras came out, I noticed this lone figure huddled on the bench outside of the public library. Not moving, not noticing the world around him nor what was unfolding above his head.
I've said before that I normally do not take pictures of the homeless out of respect. However, this capture just spoke to me.

This is a nice photo,
I am ambivalent about photos of the homeless. Sometimes not recording them means they are pushed further out of sight and mind. This is a excellent example of the 'right' sort of shot. Superbly done.
This is beautiful. I like homeless shots that show them being a part of our lives, a part of our thoughts, as human as the rest of us... :-)
