Some kind of root
Sorry I couldn’t get a better focus on this, but to get a clear shot I had to stand in mud and kept sinking.
Hope you all enjoy and please zoom.

Yes sir STRANGE and COOL Discovery my friend
I could conjure a tale about earth people and their magic from this photo - an old man and his wife who try to make their way to the surface with their 3 children...thinking life is easier by location instead of easier by merit. Wonderful find.
Superb!!!! 5+!!!
A fascinating shape - nice find & capture...
Yipe strange but uniquely on top of the ground. Awesome shapes and twists around each other. Great catch Kim.
That sure is a strange form, probably the result of the same muddy ground than you had to deal with.

Splendid shot.
So beautiful, Kim. It looks like a wired statue. Good, you're not dropped into the swamp, we would not know where to find you then ;-).
Very strange, glad you got out of the mud. Cool photo
Very cool looking Kim. Its odd to see roots above the ground.
