This is the most special painting ever Carol, truly one your friend will always treasure. You seem to really capture the true essence of Jenny, And I love her expression here.
Wonderfully made. Such a beautiful dog.
Wow !!yes really enjoy it fantastic painting !!you are real artist my dear friend!!
the person you did the image for probably really treasures it. I did one of a dog that had just passed and this woman loved it so much, she said it felt like her dog was still with her. when I visited her, I'd catch her just staring at it - lol... she loved it so much she hired me to do many other paintings.
Oh now Carol you went and stole my heart for sure. You already had it. This is so wonderful, oh goodness. I love it, so cute. Just want to reach in and cuddle that baby.
What a pecious dog & you have done the most amazing job on this portrait!
Awwwww and a small tear - a very special piece!!!!!

Beautiful! I adore Lhasa Apso's and Shih Tzu's :O-)
so cutie thanks
I've been away from your gallery for far too long! I keep missing all of the good stuff, but since your gallery is here, it's like an actual "real-space" gallery that I can wander into on a nice, rainy day, or a chilly, snowy day, or just a day that would be made better with time in a gallery, only I don't need to spend transportation fare or buy gas to get here! How cool is that? Okay...now, onto this wonder of a piece. Your technique is incredibly sensitive and deft and your attention to detail is top notch! I love what you've done to this wonder. It's funny how domestic dogs (and cats) stem from such wild ancestors. To think this little cutie is the descendant of a wolf-thing! Actually, you can see it. In the eyes: a kind of intense focus with actual thought going on behind it, and you've captured that as well as loads of canine personality. Wonderful!
As always amazing and gorgeous artwork Carol, love it.
Oh My! Fantastic!! :)
