Description
Since Dad claimed to be 29 until he reached 40..lol, I'll hold my tongue on disclosing his age. It is however a milestone year :~), and so I picked something out of my personal collection.
If I can still call it a collection! The kids have not been kind to any of it and little remains in good condition...lol! This Malachite egg is one specimen that got stowed away out of harms way. I always found the eye pattern with the pupil intriguing. (Sorry I don't know how to remove the flash in photoshop, it is covering the pupil). The way the lines flow around the egg and blend back into that eye pattern mesmerize my mind. Hope you enjoy it Dad, Happy Birthday!
To the kind souls that leave their mark whether a comment, rating, or save the image as a fav, you are very much appreciated, thank you!!!
Thank you all that viewed my last image below.

Very cool dedictation & tribute to your Dad.
Hope your Dad has a really good birthday Dana! This is a very nice malachite egg. Such a wonderful mineral with the prettiest patterns. I can see why you stowed it!
A most desirable object!
Spectacular work my friend, original creation, loved the colors and textures!
Very lovely indeed Dana and a super card for your dad. Happy birthday Dana.
Wonderful and I wish the best for your dad. Perhaps best shot without a flash with higher ISO or with a diffusion filter on the flash unit rather than trying to fix postwork. JMHO
Ha ha, a nice image there, and my best wishes to your Dad for his birthday as well! Okay a milestone year eh? I'm guessing that he must have reached 50 because he sure doesn't look older than that!
Beautiful patterns. The bottom photo looks like some gas giant in a faroff solar system. Worth keeping out of harm's way. A very nice birthday gift for dad.
The patterns are indeed mesmerising! I wish your dad a very happy birthday too!
