Description
A few weeks ago spotted in our garden.
If I'm right the Latin name is 'Ischnura elegans'
In Dutch : Lantaarntje.
Thank you very much for your visit, as for your lovely comments!
Please zoom! Thank you.
BTW: Here it is 30 degrees in the shadow.
P.S. The connection to RR is VERY slow from here at the moment,
maybe it's too hot :D.

A lovely damsel from another lovely damsel!!
Wow! You got so close! I have never been able to get close enough to a dragonfly to get this quality of photo - I've always had to resort to a telephoto lens, which never gave me the results I wanted. Well, by whatever means you got this shot, it's amazing! Wonderful capture, Mies!
A really super shot, Mies. It has been about 24 here which a bit too warm for me. Tomorrow we should both be cooler.
