Description

I like this outfit a lot ... ;o) As usual, posed in Daz Studio and all the rest (lights, material tweaking and rendering)in Octane Render. I had to render this one in three parts, due to textures limits in CUDA. The main character is one render, the ruined car is a second and the buildings ruin is a third. Each image is rendererd with the same lighting and an alpha channel Then, I added a self made dark sky. I used HDRI and mesh lights for lighting. Postwork in Gimp for resizing signature and the 'planes' compositing. Thanks for viewing and taking time to leave a comment. Tremendous image. That is one HUGE gun. Love the character and the background. You had to put in a lot of work with your three renders but the end result justified the effort. Fabulous.

I like the pose -- you can tell that he's proud of his gun. As always, the armor, texture, surfaces look fantastic! About the number of textures, sometimes texture atlas (in DAZ3d) can work to reduce the number of textures. It's worth looking into (to figure out how to use - it's already part of the free DAZ3d plugins) - under edit, customize you have to set the base layout to "city limits" somehow and then the plugin shows up on the right.
