Nice image Carin. It looks like waves breaking over rocks.
Happy birthday to both you and Hedepo Carin. I will send you captures of my youngest dressed as a pirate. May you both have a glorious day. Ah Namibia. Fond memories as i mentioned. God Bless.
Many thanks Carin for bringing back very sweet memories of Namibia on my birthday!! Last year I was in Namibia on 21st of June!! Time goes fast .... Almost by tradition I have been always on holidays on my birthday, this year by exception not, so I discovered today on RR that we are sharing birthday!! So happy birthday to you as well!! Groetjes, Henk
Wonderfulpano and dedi Carin and a very happy birthday to you.
What a place!! Clever to do that pano, birthday girl!

Wonderful birthday image Happy Birthday to the two of you
Fantastic pano Carin.
Good lawd, five images stitched together in this fabulous image, and I can't even see the seams. The Namib looks deceptively inviting, Dierbaar. And, Happy Birthday, Carin, yet still another RR member born in June. There have been figuratively tonnes of them this month.
Wow, what a gorgeous pano!!
What a fabulous pano! All that endless space ... it's marvellous!
Beautifully done! What a wonderful place!
Happy birthday to you & Henk, beautiful capture!!
Splendid panorama! Happy birthday to both! :)
fantabulous creation!
WEll, I think I'm a few days late but then I am just a man. Happy Birthday Carin :), I hope you had a wonderful one with lots of family around.
A place you could quite literally lose yourself.. I mind and just plain getting lost! Great shot/s! Well taken . Rob
I know little of what goes into panos, but I know it's an art in itself, and this feels seamless. It also has a long restive sweep, with that beautiful detail in the foreground mounds, like a bunch of sleeping animals covered in blankets of moss...I love the proportions, the large portion of desert in back, the capture of the mounds near the front, and the large gentle sky above. Full size, this is really restful. You've given so many of the Namib's personalities in your gallery, and I'm grateful having never been there. Sweeping and gentle and so peaceful, and a very sweet dedi for your friend...
This is definitely a panorama to be looked at large! Nice work!
happy birthday to you all
Impressive shot... love the unusual format for it too, it really works well with the subject! :)
Looks so wild and untamed, not used to such naturalism living in crowded London
Missed this post somehow, then I remembered the Crater Lake trip. Great that you both made thie discovery at the same time! :~)
a super pano Carin and a beautiful sky as the background!
