Description
I saw this at one of the riverside parks in my area. I like how it was carved and set. Being that this was the last day of nice weather (again) I tool a series of pictures of this and the other two stone statues.
Thanks for all the wonderful comments and faves
I do appreciate them all
Have a great day and Happy Father's Day to all you Dads

Oh, how cool is this! Great picture! You know, it kind of reminds me of the pliable stuff that used to come in the plastic egg. Silly Putty, right? Only this is stone. So awesome!
Cool piece! Great capture!
this is interesting cool object
Great stone ball do the circles go continuously round from top to bottom or is it a series of circular lines around it? I wonder because it would be cool to see the water running around and around it from top to bottom..
Golem soccer. ")
do look cool
very cool sculpture and very unique
that's a neat sculpture. I like how you closed right in on it so that the subtle textures are captured as well.
So coooool Mike. Great capture and someone has a wonderful imagination!
Mike if that's the ball I'm not gonna carry the bat, great pic tho... :0)
What a magnificent sculpture! Superb photo as well! Excellent light, framing and presentation! Way to go, Mike!!!!!
definately weird looking.
OK - now, that's cool! What a great find, Mike! Super shot of this fascinating sculpture!
It would be pretty cool to have a smallish stream of water falling onto this and watching to see if it makes a pattern or does anything strange as some caught in the grooves. Great sculpture and wonderful photo of it, Mike!
let have a ball Mike, cool capture my friend.
Great capture Mike. This looks very interesting, but I would hate to run into the creatures that use this as a volleyball!
It reall is amazing Mike, and a very nice capture of it for sure.
Very nice capture mike..
Wonderful capture, Mike!!
agree with Savage_dragon, cool shot
Rolling Stones.....rock on!!!
This Rocks Mike! ;)
this looks like a playground for adults - lol... I loved the days when the parks had merry go rounds.... shame too many kids crawled under them and got hurt or flew off - lol... I was hurt lots of times, but still, I climbed back on them - all the old parks that I went to as a kid got rid of them - it's been a long time since I seen one.
Great find Mike!
Outstanding capture of this very cool stone ball Mike!!
this is the key to the other one it unlocks it :o)

Clever piece of carving.
I thought 'wrecking ball' when I saw it - cracked by work!
