Description
This is the Mint Moth, only 10 - 15 mm.
Latin name : Pyrauster Aurata.
Dutch, Muntvlinder.
It is a butterfly that is seen during the day too.
So a day-active moth.
His wings remind me of a sort of embroidery technique,
or a Smyrna carpet.
I have another capture on which the eyes are brighter,
but on this one I thought the wing-texture is just a bit more clear.
Thank you very much for your visit,
as for your lovely comments on my earlier uploads.
Wishing you well.
