Description
I don't have a lot, but with me that's fine
Whatever I got, well, I know it's mine
I don't go around with the local crowd
I don't dig what's in so I guess I'm out
I'm saying these things
So you know me, baby
So, you understand what I'm all about
The boat that I row won't cross no ocean
The boat that I row won't get me there soon
But I got the love and if you got the notion
The boat that I row's big enough for two
Just me and you
Music: The Boat that I Row, by Neil Diamond. I will be heading to Atlanta tomorrow to meet my daughter Jenna there, we are attending a Neil Diamond concert, her and her husband got me front row seats for a Christmas gift and we are both so excited we can hardly stand it. I turned her into a bigger fan that I am by playing his music through the years. This will be my 5th Neil Diamond concert and Jennas very first. We are spending the night in Atlanta and going to visit the Georgia aquarium the next day, and if we have time the Coca Cola Museum. I will try to get loads of photos.
The photo was taken in downtown Knoxville Tennessee, the name of the statue is "the Oarsman created in 1988 by Oklahoma artist David Phelps.

WOW! I saw 'Better Know A District' on the Colbert Report (silent 'T') last night and he mentioned all those sights. Congrats Lynell on the concert I hope you have a great time. I must say, this fellow is very dedicated. I love it. Though it does remind me of my very first web server which I christened, 'LeakyBoat' - no kidding.
Une belle photo on dirait qu'il s'agit d'un montage à tel point elle est nette.
