Spring mijn vis
laat je zien
laat het licht je doen verschijnen
kom dichterbij
om nooit meer te verdwijnen
en om altijd springlevend te zijn.
Spring my fish
shows you
let your light do appear
get closer
never to disappear
and to always be alive
and kicking ;-)
I know you can't translate this small poem into another language well.
But you have to do with it. :)

P.S. For who are interested:
Today I had a good talk with a psychologist for about an hour and a half.
She was one of the first people who was very clear
about the cause of all the extreme pains, turmoil, and stress in my body.
(Multiple childhood trauma, etc.)
She will discuss her findings with a team.
Now again it will probably take months before anything happens.
