All Saints Church, Fulham, from Putney Bridge over the River Thames. A day out wandering a part of London I had never been to before.

I love the rounded foundations, but I'll be up all night worrying about the purpose of those chains! LOL!
Oh I believe the chains are in case a boat hits the piling. A small boat can be tied to keep it from sinking or a person might hang onto the chain to keep from being swept away. Very nice shot!
