Description
This snail was part of my flashlight safari with my granddaughters. The snail was about 3 inches (7.6 cm) long. The speckled area in our walkway. Photo taken Saturday evening. Straight out of the camera except for cropping. Do zoom!

There he was out for a quite night on the town and bang some idiot starts taking photos and gives him the fright of his life. Great shot though.

Great nighttime shot of the intrepid escargot, negotiating its way across the less than smooth pavement, Dana. Considering the surface texture, rather rough going for the little guy. I've never seen a snail that dark before.
