Description
Northern New South Wales Kingscliff Beach must be one of my most favourite - it seems to be endless.
Amazing what you can find there, after particular heavy seas, beating the shoreline.
All washed up - and lifeless - this beautiful starfish; I turned it over to also see the other side - different colour, pattern and texture ...
I'll post some more of my discoveries another day, it was like a treasure-trove, and you will soon see, what I saw - promise!
Cheers Brigitte

How amazing and special, dear friend! And so fantastic to see this beautiful captures, Brigitchen. I understand your enthusiasm, and it is contagious when reading your report about there on the beach. So I would like to go there with you to discover. Seems to me something such great to do. Awesome! Just a pity this one didn't make it!
Excellent shot!
What a gorgeous creature! I wish I could grow some new legs.
Great photo! Never seen before, they aren't around here! They remind me the film "Krull":)
Magical. I look forward to more:)
I love seeing the look on my scuba students faces the first time they see starfish while on their first exploritory dive. Whether they be the smallest brittle stars or the larger sun stars they are all eyes. Great capture BB!!!

Great textured shots of this pinwheel of the ocean, this denizen of the deep, BB! I'm sure you'll take full advantage of the endless treasure trove at your feet and take remarkable and stellar photos.
Wow what a super find. If the corner of this photo ripped off, would it grow back????????
Whew, so glad this wasn't a capture of two chocolate Starfish...LOL Dig the contrast from the top to the bottom, it really looks like two different critters ! Kool find, captures and postwork...ahmm, BB ! ...LOL ~Cheers~
Beautiful little creature, too bad he didn't make it. Nice shots!
Sad to say he died but if he had not we would not see this stunning capture
Great find. I really like the long, thin delicate curves of it's arms, which are very different from most of the starfish I've seen along the shore here...
A sweel collage Brigitte. I like both POVs and how different the textures are for the top (almost like a snake's skin) and upside down (with a thousand feet). Both are great shots!
those are really some of the weirdest looking things going!
It is excellent. I thank you. 5+!
