As usual, posed and set up in Daz Studio. Materials tweaking, lighting and rendering in Octane Render.
Pathtracing kernel and daylight system. Rendered with an alpha channel.
Postwork in Gimp for resizing, signature and adding the background (a splendid one by didi_mc).

I agree with Savage_dragon. A fearsome looking weapon but one that looks like it would be awkward to use and difficult to carry and handle. Good render though.

But we are in a fantasy world, aren't we ? So let's say that it's a magic weapon that becomes light as a feather when it is held by his only master (or mistress). In fact, I really like the 'bestial' look of this blade and couldn't resist to put it in one of my renders :oD
