I am so tired I feel like I am going to die I made a huge mistake this morning That’s keeping me awake I woke up for just a second And I couldn’t stop myself I brought your picture up Looked into your eyes And slipped into a daydream We were at the waterfalls again When our eyes connected Neither one of us said a word We didn’t need to We walked up to each other Stood face to face Reached out Touched each other’s finger tips And had an E.T. moment There was power And warmth And light And love And neither one of us Ever said a word Now I can’t risk Falling back to sleep And loosing our E.T. moment
