" It's time for the Avian King to fly back to his nest...." :))
It was a nice surprise to find the result of my work this morning, as I let the external Vue render engine run during the night and I didn't know how these sky ,atmosphere and character would come out in the end.:D
So zoom in and enjoy,friends.

This is an amazing image and work dear Odile, love it.
Your work is absolutely breath-taking! Seriously! Every time I see one of your images, my breath escapes me...kinda like the way it does when you go to the Grand Canyon & look out over it for the first time...Mervelous work!
Most Excellent work!
Well, the pleasure is ours as well, dear O.! The atmosphere looks amazing in this scene, and the whole view is breathtaking... What a depth! I just want to step into this landscape and fly through it forever... Hugs, Vashek
The contrast works well, sky and ground with character set against them. Nice job!
Super atmosphere you have created here and the Avain King will have a great flight back to his nest. Excellent work and lighting.
Excellent.
very nice!
Always magic...wow!
awesome light coming round the mountain.
This came out beautifully, Odile! The landscape is reminiscent of an old Chinese landscape. I love the light on his wings. Wonderful series :)
Gotta love those wings!!
an amazing render! Expertly lit with a good contrast between the soft background colours and the stark purple/black combination of the wings! It conveys an ambiguous sense of uncertainty regarding the protagonist!
cool...fantastic work...
C'est du tres joli boulot, bravo!
Wow! In full size it is breathtaking! Fantastic!
UNE MERVEILLE :)
Yes, those overnighters can be mixed blessing. When you wake up and it all works its a "yes" moment and gives the day a great boost. If you screwed up on something then you have to work real fast to fix it before going to work and let it run while you are away. I am glad you got your Yes moment for surely the atmospherics worked and the composition is gorgeous. Oh I see this is quite large and complicated landscape, no wonder it took so long.
Tout simplement splendide, superbe image.
Great feel of the airy space - splendid picture!
Etrange; bel éclairage.
Very nice. Wonderful atmosphere!
