Description
my first attempt at bird photography. The waterfront, Beer, Devon.Probably panicked by yours truly. Ijust wanted to give the impression of hurried flight.

I always expect to get poked in the eye when they take off low! Great result.
They certainly were too late for a party that would start. Could be, there was a traffic congestion in the air. Or they might think your camera was a gun? In any case, you did a good shot, Alan.

love it!!! esp. since there are '2 kinds' (old & young) what is it with these gulls? hitchcock's movie started with just 1 birdy? the gulls already seem to have invaded the galleries... (and I love it!!! show me yours, I'll show you mine? ;-D) hey, we're 'all' living at the coast, what does 1 expect? ;-) great capture!!!
