Doesn't seem finished to me, might add some more buildings and a few more ships flying about.

cool pic nice textures
Great modelling and textures. Perhaps move the camera in a little more so the city or base fills more of the view? One or two additional ships might help fill some of that empty space as well. Excellent job on this!
