There was a surfer who is in the water, it seems. Beautiful shot!
Oh there were surfers, some in wetsuits. There were also swimmers, or at least people in the water, but some were at the wrong end of the beach and the lifeguards constantly had to tell them to move over to the designated area. Reason? Strong undertow and the guards had had a couple of rescues alresdy and it was only noon. The moment the people that were told to go to the designated area left, the lifeguards also moved along the beach, but new arrivals started to come to the beach and they did the same thing, go to the wrong end of the beach, and it started all over again. The lifeguards were earning their money!
