Description
...been working with a variety of images that I took of this airplane (P-51B Mustang) in flight during a sunny summer day in July 2010.
...knowing the owner/pilot of this aircraft makes the whole project very engaging.
...may wind up making large prints to be matted and displayed. Always something new to do in this hobby...

P.S. Worth a zoom:)

Another lovely fly-by view. I always thought the early model "straightback" 51s were cooler looking than the bubble canopy "D" models. (Although if I was a pilot I would have prefered the all around vision of the bubble.)
Excellent pic.
WOWIE, Bill! This is fantastic - and most definitely a frameable piece of art! The composition is perfect, the sky and clouds are spectacular, and the Mustang is the cherry on top! Delicious!
Like this view with all the layers!
So pretty, love all the colors in the sky, and the plane is as sharp as can be, excellent work.
Very impressive! Clive
A super shot and zoom - minimal prop blur.
