Description
This past weekend (Sunday the 5th) was my granddaughter Mieke's Christening in Bloemfontein - about 4hrs drive from where I live. It has been a crazy two weeks preceeding the Christening as I made the Christening dress as well as Kayla (big sister's) dress. It has been pure joy though. :)
This is mom and a slightly unhappy Mieke! In her defense - it was BOILING hot!!!
We had such a blessed and joyful time!!!

Oh what a beautiful photo, I got my sewing maching out last week, just to do some mending of a few things, and I almost had to reteach myself how to thread it, it had been so long, I use to make all types of kids clothes and costumes for Halloween. The dress looks beautiful great job and she can keep it forever.
