I not sure what this building is but it is located to the right of the Eagle Bluff Lighthouse in Door County, Wisconsin.

Since all are offering their opinions, I'd say this is built like a brick s*#!house:-). Very interesting and nicely postworked.
Having done a bit of research on this light station, I can tell you this is either the oil house or the ice house. Nice image ... I like your postwork choices very much!
