Your title, poem, and image go so well together, my friend. When I looked at the image, before reading the poem, I thought of the beauty of motion. I thought of blossoms from a crepe myrtle outside my office door and the way they fall and are swept up to dance in circles on the pavement. I thought about how mundane things become full of beauty and grace when sent dancing through air or water. They are briefly imbued with magic and if I am lucky enough to witness it, my hearts is lightened and I feel connected to the world around me. In your image, I see that moment of beauty. I see the motion, the shifting patterns, and the light dancing on the surfaces. Superb motion, colors, patterns, and light! Excellent work, as always, dear Jacomina!
