Taken at one of our favorite beaches about a month ago.
This is the 1981 MV Chelan coming into the Mukilteo dock, with Mount Baker (10,781 feet) in the distance.
ZOOM is good.

Those are some high flying birds;-) If it floats and has a lot of horsepower...I love it. Very atmospheric...late in the day...nice!
This vessel is about as big as fits human scale, unlike those blocks of flats that are cruise ships! I do like the almost monochromatic colours in this superbly composed pic, Tara!

This is a really nice image, especially in zoom. Beautifully composed and Mount Baker really anchors the right side of the picture. The birds are a great touch. How did you get them to do that?
