Today I was given a steroid shot for my torn rotator cuff that I had managed to tear snowboarding. More ice packs and no swinging the twins for the next week. Dang, what's a Grandpa to do!!

I love the fractal looking like some magical fantasy land, it is superb. Good luck with your recovery, I know how bad shoulders can hurt as been through 2 shoulder surgeries which brought out my fms big time!! I wish you a speedy recovery, hugs Jane xx
