Description
This was taken at the Butterfly Pavilion,Westminster, CO. I tried to find out what kind of butterfly this was, but was unsuccessful. Does anyone know?

elegant butterfly, nice macro
You are the greatest. Thank you very much. 5+!
Such a beautiful gentle white~ Very delicate with great details!
It's a beauty whatever it is.
Exquisite.
It's a White Morpho. You can read about it here: http://www.gardenswithwings.com/butterfly/White%20Morpho/index.html
it's simply a beauty !! his wings looks like painted !!
This is just stunning! What a gorgeous photograph. Lovely light, beautiful subject, terrific depth of field, nice composition, and excellent clarity. VERY nicely done!
ESPETACULAR FOTO MARAVILHOSA BORBOLETA DELICADA COR.++++++++++5
Oh, that's gorgeous! So elegant, and the white is so pure and delicate...well done!
Way to go Ed! I second what Tara (auntietk) and Denise (MrsRatbag) have said above. White is typically a difficult color (or lack thereof) to capture...it is so easy to blow it out and lose detail.
Although not being an expert in exotic butterflies, I also think it's a White Morpho... Nice shot ! Congratulations for the selection of this image in LWitG #5 (Last Week in the Gallery #5) ! :~)
