The dentist wouldn't pull the tooth.
I have a massive infection that has penetrated & passed into the jaw bone.
If we didn't catch it, it could have been fatal.
Goodie. Well, at least we found it in time.
Antibiotics, then surgery. More joy...

It's when Scotch doesn't help that you know you have a problem. I conned my doctor into giving me a script for penicillin for general use at home just in case I get an abscess. Not all Doc's will do it.

No Mike, this is how Angel feels with that horrible toothache. Honey I feel for you, been there done that! Trust me you want to get rid of the infection, if there is infection, they can't completely numb the area..OUCH!! Well, as I said before, I hope you got some good drugs to get you through till they can pull it. Excellent scene, he's such a sweetie :)
