To get the best effect from the woodcut effect on the man, view this full size. Bongolesia is a fictional country invented/created by Origins Award Winning game designer, Michael Murphy. It was created for use in historical miniatures games set in the modern era (it's typically played with either Micro Armor or AK-47 rules). He's created an elaborate history that includes a flag, map, currency, and political issues with neighboring countries (which include real-world countries and other fictional countries). Because of his numerous game con appearances and blog, this "country" actually has a decent following and is used by gamers throughout the world. Using his flag design, and a photo of their "leader" (actually a photo of Edi Amin, controversial leader of Uganda), I created this design for him to put on a T-shirt so he can wear it at gaming conventions while he runs the game. I'm having it printed at CafePress and am sending it to him as a Christmas gift. (It will also probably be used to illustrate the source book when it comes out.) The map itself was rendered in Strata 3D: Everything else was created in Photoshop.
