Description
This mainly done in Lightwave, but with Poser exported robot. The landscape is not as detailed as I'd like, and the clouds are weak - but here's my attempt to get the key elements from the great old SF movie Forbidden Planet into one image.

Nice, and a lot like the movie! Maybe a little more displacement mapped texture to the foreground ground to add a bit or realism.
