This is a job for life and that’s why this character took the burden to be life time president of all Spackoworlds. In contrary to other lifelong governements this is democratic and open to all type of suggestions,its more an administrative title as the president has to coordinate all the ongoings on his planets (mainly spending funds to aquire the correct materials) without interfering in the “daily Business” so to speak.
