Description
This is actually more the effect I was going for with the last render. All I did was tweak the colors of the light cells from black & blue to blue & shades of blue. The rest of the effects were done in Paint Shop.
I must say, the shark doesn't look as menacing under this light.

True that the mecho-shark does not look as menacing but the underwater effect and the lighting are fantastic. Shouldn't go swimming in on secret government death dealing projects like though... };-)
