Description
Went to have lunch today at the peaceful Fullerton CA arboretum. Quite a few of these still around. Fun to watch them work.
Love all the pollen on it's head.
Thanks for looking.

Gorgeous. This is such a stout and muscular thing and--as always with insects--quite a handsome creature. I love the details and colors of this one and the pollen is a nice touch. Brilliant work.
Amazing capture my friend. God Bless.
Awesome!!The macro is fantastic, and the title is funny and true. Even the leaves on BG are soft and furry.
Great macro!!
WOW!
Great shot all the bugs have gone to bed for the winter where I live, that pollen looks good and helps make the shot.
SUPERB!
Excellent job on this one.
I love to watch the bees at work. Wonderful shot.
I love his little pollen coated head, it looks like a golden crown. A lovely capture.
