Description
ENCYCLOPEDIA BRITANNICA 2011:
Someone got the idea of building a plasma cannon big enough to on the orbiting mothership and plans were drawn up for a global network of fire-bases, the first of them had been finished by August 9th 1946.
The fact that humans now had the ability to fire on the mothership came as a rude shock to the aliens, realizing that for the first time ever they were loosing an invasion, because not only were the humans fighting back, but they were doing a good job at it too.
