Description
The Roulettes are the Royal Australian Air Force's elite formation aerobatic display team. I was lucky enough to see them today as they performed at The President's Cup golf tournament. I didn't get to go to The President's Cup, but the school where I work is built on the side of the golf course where the event is held. So I got a bit of a free view!! I bet Tiger's view was better though!
The President's Cup attracts the world's best golfers and raises millions of dollars for charity. None of the golfer's, including Tiger Woods, receive any money to appear and they don't accept any prize money. They even brought the cup around to show our students which was very nice of them.
The aircraft are Pilatus PC-9/A.
